Two emaciated dogs found in the city
The number of animals being kept on derelict properties in Cork is on the rise. It comes after the discovery of two neglected dogs at an unused shed off the Model Farm Rd near Inchigaggin Lane. One of the emaciated animals was at the risk of strangulation due to the way he was tied up, while the other was tied with a heavy chain and rope to a rafter.
