Two people have been killed following a stabbing south-west of Finland

Six other have been injured after a man stabbed several people

It happened in the city of Turku this afternoon. 

The suspected attacker's been shot and arrested, but Police are searching for other potential suspects.

The Finish Prime Minister says his government is closely monitoring the situation.

Security at trains stations and at Helsinki airport is being stepped up.

Foreign News Journalist with the Finnish State Broadcaster, 'YLE' - Petri Burtsov - says the motive for attack isn't known.
