UCC Students Union Say They Haven't Had Any Reports Of Sexual Assault During Freshers Week

The Sexual Violence Centre confirmed they had received phone calls from people reporting instances of sexual assault during the week
The centre says that no one has presented at the centre since.
A consent awareness campaign was launched in UCC last week, while many city centre shops and streets are displaying signs to highlight the importance of consent.
Speaking to RedFM News UCC Students Union Welfare Officer Naoise Crowley says they hope by highlighting the issue of consent it will help to bring about change:
