UCC successfully secure High Court injunction against pickets
Tyndall Institute planned to mount pickets on the campus.
SIPTU is to meet with their strike committee later after UCC successfully secured a High Court injunction preventing planned pickets at the entrances
to the college’s main campus tomorrow.
It follows a number of strike days by staff at the college's Tyndall Institute over the past year in a row over pay inequality.
The union claims there's a difference of pay between employees at the Institute and their counterparts on the UCC campus of between 10 to 20%.
