Union Representing Irish Defence Forces Calls For Increase In Overtime Pay Rates For Members
PDForra says those working in the army, navy and air corp are working below minimum wage.
The group represents around 8-thousand people, and wants pay to be restored to pre-economic crash levels.
It emerged at their annual conference that Trade Union ICTU has agreed in principle to PDFORRA's request for affiliation as members believe the only way they can win better pay is through ICTU representing them at national pay talks
Speaking at the conference, PDFORRA'S president Mark Keane says members deserve pay for the hours they work:
