United Airlines Will No Longer Ask Customers To Give Up Places On Overbooked Flights

United Airlines says it will no longer ask seated customers to give up their places on overbooked flights.

The company faced a major backlash over a video of a passenger who refused to get off - being forcibly removed from one of its planes.

The airline now says it will offer up to 10 thousand dollars to passengers who volunteer to forfeit their seat.
