University College Cork Is One Of The Country's Top Colleges With Students From Affluent Backgrounds
That's according to a new Higher Education Authority report
The report is the first of its kind - and has found UCD, UCC and RCSI have the most students from wealthier backgrounds in Ireland.
The report also found only 1 in 10 students going to college come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
While medicine, economics and maths are the courses most likely to include those from advantaged areas.
Caitriona Ryan from the H-E-A says it highlights the importance of making access to college more equal:
