Warning issued about possible contaminated party pills in Cork

A number of people have been hospitalised following the suspected consumption of a designer drug at a house party in Cork.
A warning has been issued about possible contaminated party pills after a number of people were rushed to Cork University Hospital following the consumption of a designer drug at a house party on the southside of city.
The HSE has confirmed that emergency services responded to the house in the early hours of this morning and a number of young people were admitted to
CUH following the ingestion of a psychoactive substance.
Details in relation to the substance consumed are not yet available but it is thought to have been one of the new psychoactive substances similar to those products previously sold in 'Head-shops'.
