US Congress members will vote on a motion which will urge the Vice President to remove Donald Trump
                            The 25th Amendment would give Mike Pence, with the support of the Cabinet, the power to assume office until President-elect Joe Biden takes over next week
If he refuses to act then Democrats will push forward with a motion to impeach Donald Trump tomorrow.
If it passes then a trial could be held in the Senate after Joe Biden's inauguration, which Anthony Zurcher from the BBC says could cause headaches for him:
