US news network CNN is suing the administration of President Donald Trump.
In a lawsuit filed in Washington DC, it's demanding its White House correspondent Jim Acosta has his press credentials returned.
They were taken off him last week, following a heated exchange between himself and President Trump.
CNN claims revoking the credentials violates freedom of the press rights against both the network and Mr Acosta.
