US President says there is no political impediment to the Cork/Boston route

Cork Chamber says it's now time for US officials to move the process forward
Hopes are high that the proposed Cork to Boston route will take off after the US President Barack Obama gave his backing to the plan.
The airlink and delays associated with getting the route off the ground was raised in talks between Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Barack Obama during the annual St Patrick’s Day meeting in Washington.
The US President says there is no political impediment to the move despite delays, on the US side, in the granting of a permit to Norwegian Air international who intend to operate the service.
Speaking to RedFM News from Washington, Cork Chamber's Conor Healy says it's time now for US officials to move the process forward
