Visitor Restrictions Remain In Place At The Rehabilitation Wards At St Finbarr's Hospital

It follows the recent outbreak of flu and the winter vomiting bug

Listeners are being advised that visiting restrictions remain in place in the Rehabilitation wards at St. Finbarr's hospital.

The measures have been put in place as a precaution following the recent outbreak of influenza and winter vomiting. 

Only essential visiting is permitted to St. Oliver's, St. Clare's and the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. 

The Hospital management team say the situation is under constant review and an update will be issued on Thursday.
