Something very interesting is happening in the MMA world in Cork.
Wimp2Warrior sees normal people with very little to no fighting experience take part in a 6 month professional standard training camp, at the end of which they will step into the cage to showcase their new skills.
The concept originated in Australia and was run with great success in Dublin this year, and now it's headed Leeside.
Liam Óg Griffin is the head trainer at SGBi Cork City in Blackpool.
