Youghal Traders Already Feeling The Positive Impact Of Ironman

It's estimated the event will boost the local economy by €8 million

It's estimated the event will boost the local economy by €8 million however organisers say that doesn't take into account the economic benefits that have been experienced since the triathlon was announced. 

One hotelier says 25% of their business in February alone was related to Ironman with triathletes visiting the town in preparation.
