Cork City took on Bray Wanderers in Turners Cross last night in what would be their final game before the mid-season break.
The Rebel Army defeated Trevor Croly's men 1-0 with Mark O'Sullivan scoring the games only goal.
Heading into the break, John Caulfield's men remain three points behind Dundalk, albeit having played a game more.
Assistant manager John Cotter spoke to Red FM Sport about the game and the mid-season break.
