Joe Schmidt's men are continuing their preparations for Saturday's Six Nations match against Scotland at Murrayfield.
The Munster lock has been called into the panel as cover for the injured Devin Toner.
Holland has made one appearance for Ireland.
The Corkman partnered Ultan Dilline in the second row in the 2016 November Test win over Canada.
