Cork Seniors Welcome JBM Re-Appointment

The news of Jimmy Barry Murphy's continued tenure as Cork Senior Hurling Manager has been met with relief by players and supporters alike. His three year term came to a conclusion after Munster Championship success, but eventual All Ireland Semi Final defeat to Tipperary, with the St Finbarr's clubman since taking a number of months to consider his future in the role. Last evening the Cork County board confirmed that Barry Murphy had agreed to stay on, accepting another two years at the helm, with his backroom team to be confirmed in due course. We spoke with Cork and Glen Rovers duo Stephen McDonnell and Patrick Horgan last night ahead of the county final, where they gave their reaction to JBM's re-appointment, click PLAY above to hear their thoughts.
