Cork's Kelleher, Hourihane and Long to miss World Cup qualifiers

The injury problems continue to mount for Republic of Ireland boss Stephen Kenny.

Cork's Caoimihin Kelleher, Conor Hourihane and Kevin Long will miss the World Cup qualifiers with Serbia and Luxembourg, and the friendly with Qatar, along with Callum O'Dowda.

West Ham midfielder Conor Coventry and Blackburn defender Darragh Lenihan have been called up.

The Ireland squad will train in manchester today before flying out to Serbia this afternoon ahead of Wednesday's game.
