David Corkery on Playing Against Jonah Lomu
The rugby world is in mourning following the news that Jonah Lomu had passed away aged just 40.
The New Zealand legend had been suffering with a serious kidney condition.
Lomu is widely regarded as one of the best players to play the game in the professional era, and is still the Rugby World Cup's record try scorer with 15, held jointly with Bryan Habana.
Lomu broke on to the scene in the 1995 World Cup, beating Ireland 43-19 in their opening pool game.
Lomu scored two tries that day from the wing, before going on to score FOUR in the quarter final against England.
David Corkery started for Ireland that day, scoring the first try of the game.
