English Hurling Fan Talks to the Big Red Bench
Last weekend, after months of debate, Sky Sports made their GAA Debut as Kilkenny hammered Offaly at Nowlan Park. The broadcast probably the biggest talking point after five minutes of "The cats are back"... "Offaly going backwards" etc. But we were well entertained while taking a scan through #Hurling, with one author from across the Irish sea offering some enjoyable observation! One tweet " Wahey! On the volley! This game has everything #hurling " by @LAW1972 caught our attention. Lisa has been talking to Englishman Lee Whitehead who had never seen a game of hurling in his life.
