Hopes that Premier League will be finished by July

The English FA remains determined to finish out the Premier League season by July.
The current season is suspended until at least April 30 due to the coronavirus outbreak.
It’s been widely reported in the English media that there is a new contingency plan to finish the season which involves resuming from June 1 and running off the remaining games within a six-week timeframe.
The Premier League's schedule proposal would allow the 2020-2021 campaign to begin on time, on August 8 - four weeks after the end of the previous season.
