Ladies Football Manager Eamon Ryan also talks to us ahead of their League opener away to Mayo tomorrow.

Milford Camogie Manager Frank Flannery previews their All Ireland Club semi final against Galway side Mullagh, while if you click here you can also hear the thoughts of the opposition.

Next we heard from a young Cork cyclist who makes his professional debut tomorrow. Eoin McCarthy from Fermoy is riding for the An Post/Chain Reaction team in 2015, and races in the Grand Prix d'Ouverture La Marseillaise tomorrow. John Linehan is the latest winner of the North City & District Sports Award, sponsored by the Gresham Metropole Hotel in Association with Award Sponsors Gurranabraher Credit Union and RedFM, he spokes to us at Wednesdays awards lunch.
