PREVIEW: Cork City WFC vs Kilkenny United WFC

Cork City WFC welcome Kilkenny United WFC to Bishopstown Stadium this Sunday at 2pm for the latest game in the Continental Tyre’s Women’s National League.
City won 4-0 when last they played Kilkenny in The Watershed in the reverse fixture and Manager Frank Kelleher had this to say ahead of the game on Sunday; “We welcome Kilkenny to Bishopstown on Sunday. It is an important game for both teams this weekend. We played Kilkenny earlier in the season away and got a hard earned win.”
Kelleher is wary of what Kilkenny can produce; “We will be very aware that Kilkenny are improving as the season progresses and we will have to be fully focused for this game. It will take a big effort from us to get a win a challenge that we have prepared for the past two weeks in training for."
On the injury front Tara Mannix is out while Danielle Sheehy will have a fitness test before Sunday.
