PREVIEW: Cork City Womens FC vs Peamount United

Cork City WFC welcome Peamount United to Bishopstown Stadium this Saturday 5th of November at 2pm for the latest game in the Continental Tyre’s Women’s National League.
The Leesiders come into the game on the back of a 2-0 loss away at UCD Waves and Manager Frank Kelleher reflected on the game. “Disappointed with the result. Team played very well and deserved more from the game. We didn't take our chances when we had them and UCD took there's, small margins in the end. We executed our game plan very well. A number of younger players performed really well and will have gained more experience.”
On Saturday, City welcome Peamount United and Kelleher is looking forward to the match. “We welcome Peamount this weekend. They again will provide a tough test for us. It was a close game earlier this season. We were ahead up to the final quarter of the game in Dublin when Peamount equalized and gained momentum and won. It was a tight game and I expect the same on Saturday. We will have players back available to us this weekend and that will help strengthen our squad”
There will be a Continental Fanzone before the match on Saturday, beginning at 12.45 up until the match kicks off at 2pm.
