REACTION: Cork Minor Manager Denis Ring after Victory over Limerick
The Cork Minor Hurlers are through to a Munster Championship semi final, after beating Limerick in their quarter final at Pairc ui Rinn last night. Seven points down approaching half time, the Rebels revived their charge with a goal through Tim O’Mahony before the break, and when the half time whistle went the deficit was down to three points. Led by Captain Shane Kingston, who hit 1-9, the Cork teenagers overcame the Munster holders 2-20 to 1-13 after 60 minutes.
