Rory McIlroy - I'll Play for Ireland at the Olympics
BIG BIG news emerging from Fota Island Golf Resort ahead of the Irish Open. Rory Mcilroy has confirmed that he will play for Ireland at the Olympics. There had been intense speculation as to whether the Major winner would declare for Ireland or Great Britain in 2016. However speaking at a press conference this afternoon Mcilroy said he had given the matter a lot of thought and decided that he would play for Ireland.
