The World Anti-Doping Agency has condemned a hack that has made confidential files of high profile U-S athletes. 

The 'Fancy Bear' website published medical records of the Williams sisters, Olympic gold medal gymnast Simone Biles, and the basketball player Elena Delle Donne. 

All four were shown to have used restricted substances, however none of the four had broken doping rules. 

Each had obtained therapeutic use exemptions for the use of the drugs in question. 

In Biles' case, she released a statement confirming the use of a medicine to treat A-D-H-D - one she has taken since childhood. 

Those behind Fancy Bear have promised further leaks.
