91 Year Old June Brown Signs New EastEnders Contract

EastEnders veteran June Brown is not finished with the soap just yet!
The actress has played Dot Branning in the soap since 1985 when she was 58 which was five months after the first episode of the show aired.
She soon became one of the most loved characters on the show running the local launderette.
A source said: "June is still an exceptional actress and true pro who can still make or break a scene.
"The BBC bosses want her in EastEnders as long as she feels able to deliver - and there's no question she can still deliver the goods."
Brown's new contract deal will mean at least one more year in the popular BBC soap which will see her turn 92 years old before it runs out.
