Adele Moved To Tears On Stage Over Orlando Tragedy
Adele dedicated her show in Antwerp to the victims of the mass shooting in Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida.
In an emotional opener to her concert in Belgium, Adele reflected on the horrific mass shooting in America which has left 50 dead and 53 others injured with the death toll expected to rise due to the critical nature of some victim's injuries.
Adele opened her show in Antwerp by dedicating the concert to "everybody in Orlando at Pulse nightclub". She also showed her solidarity with the LGTBQ community by saying, "The LGBTQ community, they're like my soulmates since I was really young, so I'm very moved by it."
The clip, which was filmed by a fan shows the singer breaking down in tears and commenting, "I don't know why I'm crying already, because most of this tonight is pretty miserable because my songs are f***ing miserable"
