Disclosure Reveal Album Release Date
The duo's long awaited second album will be called "Caracal".
Disclosure's new album Caracal will be released on September 25th of this year. The brothers, Howard and Guy Lawrence, announced the news at their Wild Life Festival in Brighton.
The follow-up album to the massive Settle features the new single 'Holding On' which features Gregory Porter on vocals. Other collaborations on the album will come from Nao, Lion Babe, and Kwabs as well as vocals from Disclosure's own Howard on a track called 'Jaded'.
A statement from Howard Lawrence describes the meaning behind the title of the new album:
"A caracal is an incredible wild cat that I became fascinated with while on tour last year; I just love the way they look, their physical capabilities and their anonymity. It felt like a perfect fit for our Wild Life brand too, so the caracal made perfect sense as the lead visual for the new album and over the course of recording, it also felt like a natural title for the new record too."
The artwork fittingly features a picture of a Caracal:
The album is available to pre-order now from Disclosure's official website.
