Ed Sheeran Is In Trouble With His Property Once Again!
Ed Sheeran is in trouble once again with his property.
The singer songwriter got into hot water with neighbours recently after being granted permission for a wildlife pond on his land that looked more like a recreational swimming pool and wooden structure that looked like a sauna which broke the terms of the planning licence.
Now Sheeran has been ordered to remove the converted caravan from the side of the pond or else to re-apply for planning permission.
Sheeran also erected a sign over his home pub reading "The Lancaster Lock" - named after his wife Cherry Lancaster Seaborn. The signage over the door was unauthorised and now The Castle On The Hill star has been asked to take the 16ft sign down.
A Suffolk Coastal District Council spokesperson said: "It was found that a sauna has been constructed near to the pond.
"We have raised concerns regarding this structure, which requires either planning permission or removal.
"We have also requested that all unauthorised signage be removed from the Grade II-listed barn."
