Electric Picnic 2018 Tickets Ready To Go On Sale
There's no time like the present!
Revellers are just making their way home from this year's festival that saw the likes of The xx, Duran Duran, A Tribe Called Quest and Elbow take to the main stage.
Straight off the back of another successful weekend in Stradbally, Electric Picnic organisers have announced that a limited amount of tickets for next year's festival will go on sale in the not too distant future while momentum behind the festival is at a high.
Festival director Melvin Benn revealed that they weren't going to waste any time and are going to put tickets on sale for next year's festival on sale very soon
”I could double the capacity but then people would say to me: ‘You’re spoiling the picnic.’
“So, I’m not doing that, I’m keeping it exactly as it is.
“It’s a popular show for all the right reasons, it’s been incredible this weekend, the spirit has been extraordinary.
“It’s a tough ticket to get so get it early because they will go.
“I’d love it to be bigger but it’s not the right time. I don’t know when that will be."
