In a rare BBC appearance, Graham will be joined tonight will be his host rivals Ant & Dec. No doubt there'll be a bit of friendly banter between the hosts as Ant & Dec seem to win every award that Norton is nominated for! There's always good laughs when Ant & Dec are on our screens!
Actress Julianne Moore will also be on the show to speak about her newest movie 'Freeheld'.
Aussie actress & comedian Rebel Wilson will also be on the couch providing more entertainment and chatting about her newest movie "How To Be Single" which is getting great reviews!
Music tonight is provided by Little Mix. The foursome will perform their newest single Secret Love Song which features Jason Derulo.
