Nick Grimshaw Set To Take On Role As X Factor Judge

The Radio 1 DJ seems to be a definite for the job!
Nick Grimshaw's name has been linked to a role as X Factor judge in recent weeks but it seems the rumours are true!
The BBC Radio 1 DJ is set to replace Louis Walsh on the upcoming series with Simon Cowell wanting people to 'love music' to be sitting on the judging panel.
According to the Sun newspaper, Simon Cowell has said: “Nick loves artists and music, that’s what I love about him.”
Nick, who is good friends with One Direction's Harry Styles, presents the popular breakfast show on Radio 1 and has a huge audience which would hopefully translate over to the X Factor and help to boost ratings for the ITV show. However, working on BBC's Radio Show and working on TV for ITV may prove complicated for the presenter.
It was also rumoured that Rita Ora would take the fourth position on the X Factor panel. It was reported that Simon Cowell was impressed with Ora's appearance as a mentor on The Voice UK.
It wouldn't be the first time that Cowell has taken judges from rival shows with Britain's Got Talent's Alesha Dixon formally appearing on Strictly Come Dancing as a judge.
