Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom To Host Xtra Factor

The full X Factor line-up is now complete!
The ITV2 spin-off show was the final hosting slot that was left unattended for this year's X Factor Series.
It was rumoured previously that Ireland's Laura Whitmore and Eoghan McDermott were in the running to host the show but it has been confirmed today that The Saturdays' Rochelle Humes and comedian and presenter Melvin Odoom will take the reigns on the show, taking over from Sarah Jane Crawford.
Rochelle was delighted with her new appointment saying:
“I have watched Xtra Factor for years so I am beyond excited about joining such a brilliant team and getting to work with my old friend Melvin makes it even better. I also, can’t wait to meet the contestants and be a part of their X Factor experiences.”
Melvin Odoom has said:
“I’ve always been a massive fan of the show and to get to present The Xtra Factor is a dream for me... I’m really looking forward to it!”
All positions in the X Factor have now been filled. Previous hosts of the Xtra Factor, Olly Murs and Caroline Flack will now present the main ITV show, replacing Dermot O'Leary, with Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw making up the judging panel.
