The IFTA 2016 Nominations Are Out!

The Irish Film and Television Awards have announced their nominations for the annual ceremony.

The ceremony will take place on Saturday April 9th at The Mansion House in Dublin and will see a host of Irish film & television stars attend. 

This year's best film category is tough competition with Oscar nominated movies Room and Brooklyn on the nominations list.

Liam Neeson will be recognised for his Outstanding Contribution to Cinema at the event.
