The Notebook Is Coming Back To Our Screens

Get the tissues ready!
The Notebook is coming back to our screens but this time as a TV series!
The 2004 movie which was based on the best-selling book of the same name by Nicholas Sparks and starred Ryan Gosling as Noah and Rachel McAdams as Allie has become a classic tearjerker, so much so that the CW network in America wants to run it as a series. The network already runs popular shoes such as Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Reign and Jane The Virgin.
Speaking at the Television Critics' Association summer press tour in the US, CW President Mark Pedowitz said: "The Notebook is a very well-received book and motion picture. It is going to be set after World War II. At this point, the pilot is not done. I don't believe we're going to see the older couple - what they become - but again, things change and we're just now in the development stage."
No actors have been cast for the series as of yet.
We're not so sure we can go through it all again!
