The Riptide Movement Release New Video & Announce Irish Tour Dates
Brand new video for the band’s latest single from “Ghosts”.
The Riptide Movement are very excited to release the video for brand new single “Changeling” from their Top 5 charting album “Ghosts”, available now.
They enlisted the services of the brilliant Crooked Gentlemen Films to produce the video who really captured the mood of the song and its themes of disconnection, isolation and alienation.
Speaking of the video, front-man Mal Touhy says:
"It's a fun video, entertaining and endearing too and it packs a strong message. The story through the video encapsulates the message in the song about peoples’ belief systems and judging people. He continues; “I wanted to highlight the role these belief systems have on society as a whole and the pressure that puts on society to conform to the norm and how it can create a culture of repression, a repression of self expression”.
The Riptide Movement will be appearing at various music festivals this summer, but they will also be doing these upcoming shows in March:
Friday March 17th – St. Patrick’s Day- Olympia Theatre, Dublin
Thursday March 23rd- Cyprus Avenue, Cork
Friday March 24th – Dolans Warehouse, Limerick
