WATCH: Tina Turner shares a trailer for the new documentary 'Tina' that will showcase her life.
We are in store for yet another celebrity documentary as Tina Turner's life and career are set to be examined in an upcoming new documentary.
The detailed documentary will be about her journey to becoming one of the most legendary names in showbiz as well as looking at her difficult childhood. Viewers are set to get a look at the personal and professional struggles the singer faced throughout her life.
This isn't the first time we've seen her life play out on screen, in 1993, the singer's life was made into a biopic, ' What's Love Got To Do With It' and she also shared her story in her 1986 autobiography, 'I, Tina'
However, this documentary will have never seen before footage, audio, tapes, photos, and interviews with Angela Basset, Oprah Winfrey, and interviews with Tina's husband, Erwin Bach.
The 81-year-old singer was heavily involved in the production of the documentary and she took to Twitter to share the trailer. In the tweet, Tina said '' I couldn't be more excited to share with you the teaser for #TinaFilm, a never seen before look into my life''.
Tina will air on Sky Documentaries on March 28.
