WATCH: Ed Sheeran Releases Video For Galway Girl
Ed Sheeran has released the video for his latest official single.
The video features footage from Ed's two sold out gigs at Dublin's 3Arena on April 12th and 13th as part of his ongoing tour.
The video is shot by Ed from Ed's perspective and sees him visit O'Connell's Pub and includes Tommy Tiernan and Hector enjoying a pint in the toilets and Saoirse Ronan leading the singer songwriter onto the dancefloor before they end up on Shop Street in Galway city.
We see plenty Irish stereotypes throughout the video including Irish dancers on the street, pints of Guinness and a trad session in the pub with Beoga, the Irish band who feature on the song. As well as all that, in the video Saoirse Ronan gives Ed an actual tattoo saying "Galway Grill".
Laurence Kinlan and Peter Coonan who play Elmo and Fran respectively in Love/Hate also feature in the video with Ed getting in a spot of bother with them.
